Terms of Service

It is my goal to provide top-notch service to all of my clients and for both parties to be happy with the process and result. To help ensure that outcome, the following terms of service apply when working with B&B Career Consulting LLC.

Payment: I ask that payment for services be made up front before any work is begun.

Pre-Consultation Worksheet: If your purchase includes work to a resume or your LinkedIn profile, you will be emailed a pre-consultation worksheet to complete. This helps me gather some great foundational information prior to conducting the Google Meet consultation. The expectation is that you complete it as fully and robustly as possible. Once the form is completed and emailed back to me, we will schedule the consultation.

Project Timeline: I am committed to turning your new documents around within 5-7 business days from the time of the Google Meet consultation.

Review Process: I allow for two rounds of revisions. For the first round of revisions I ask that you compile an inclusive list of all changes you’d like to see. I will implement your requested revisions so long as they do not go against current resume-writing best practices. For the second/final round of revisions, I ask that you’re only double-checking your originally requested revisions for accuracy and completeness; I will not address any new revisions that were not previously requested.

Project completion: Once your finalized documents are delivered to you via email, your project will be marked as complete and final.

Unresponsive Clients: I ask that all clients adhere to the agreed timeline laid out in our process and to be proactive in communicating if you are unable to work with the timeline provided. I will close out orders from clients who fail to meet timeline requests without communicating with me ahead of time. In the event that a client is not responding to my outreach, after the third attempt to connect with the client, I will close your order and the you will receive an email indicating your order has been closed.

Refunds: I do not offer refunds unless extenuating circumstances apply. I work with clients on the front end to ensure we are a good fit. However, if/when a refund is issued, the percentage will be based upon any work already completed by B&B Career Consulting.
